Howl at the moon

Awwooo! Have a great weekend!

Snow Beast

Don't know what this lazy ass attempt at a snow monster was supposed to be, but I don't think it came out that well. Bleah, I'll post it anyway.

Inspiration, why hast thou forsaken me?!?

Vampire

Hey gang- here's a quickie sketch of a vampire getting himself a little midnight snack. Nothing like the holidays to bring out your dark side...

Batman and Robin

Hey guys--here's a quickie stylized Batman and Robin for your viewing pleasure.

Black and white scribbles

Some doodles from a break time at work.

Phoning home

Hey gang--been feeling really under the weather lately, so here's a quickie ET sketch I started this weekend. Don't look at it too hard, or else it will make your head explode with its superhot laserbeams of cuteness.

Mac Attack

Hey, it's my friend Mac, and he's pwning people left and right. Funny thing is, as i was sketching him, I didn't intend it to look like a John K. drawing--this is truly how Mac is--a larger than life personality. (When he sees this, he's either gonna love it, or knee me in the groin.)

Autumn's Back!

Yes, this is my friend/co-worker A.R.T, as seen from my cubicle. This looks like a distortion, but this picture is actually anatomically correct.

More digital paintings

Hey again--trying to learn how to paint digitally. Trying a few different things here, a very heavy stroke brushy look, similar to how i used to paint with acrylic, and a more light grey look. I spent about 20 minutes on each of these.

Arrowhead

Hey gang. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving! Behold-my second digital painting! As you may have guessed looking through my artwork, I prefer flat graphic images, but I am very influenced by my friends who are all wicked good at doing digital paintings. I wanted to try it for myself, and here's the fruits of about an hour of trial and mostly error...Arrowhead. Can't say I'm 100% into this piece, but I think it was a valiant effort. Mainly just trying out how to work digitally. It's got a lot of ease to it--no mixing paint, but it gets muddy quickly, which is hard to control. Anyway, enough yakkin. Leave some comments--let me know what you think of this.

Sun and moon

Here is a quick sketch of a sun and moon. Er...that is all I have to say about that.

Insane (homeless?)Hat Lady

Hey gang--Here you go--a 10 minute special. Didn't even have time to clean it up, but I think it gets the point across. Hope ya like.

Mad Monster Party!

Happy Halloween everybody!

X-Box Rage

Hah hah. Here's a quick doodle of my friend Jeff, who, try as he might, can't seem to win a game of Halo 3.

Heather

Really quick study of my friend Heather C. from Neopets.

Jeff's Myspace series #1

Betcha had to look and see who drew this. I wanted to draw in a totally new style just to see if I could. This pic is based on a goofy pic i came across on Myspace. Myspace is brimming with weird and wonderful faces that are just begging to be drawn. So, here's the first in a series of doodles based on random myspace photos. Let me know what you think.

Muffin Top

Quick memory sketch of a guy we saw outside Neopets. What a loser.

Stalking is fun!

Hey kids-here's a creepy guy staring at women we saw at lunch. I made mine a little bit more of a conceptual piece. (read: I'm lazy) Plus, i felt like drawing some ghetto booty.

Rumm Rumm!

(Going to burn for this one.) REALLY ugly woman in a wheelchair we saw today for our memory sketch. I'm trying to evolve my cartooning-to simplify the drawing as much as i can--minimal color palate, simple shapes. Let me know what you think.

Don't ask.

Hey gang. Today's sketch is an Asian kid riding in a baby head. Why? Who knows.
