Toht

This is for Steve...

A shout-out to one of my favorite movies of all time-Raiders of the Lost Ark. More than any other, this horrific image was seared into my brain when I was a kid. Hope you like!

Sketch Dump

Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of posts recently, but work has been keeping me kind of busy. While I work on some new stuff, here's some doodles from my sketchbook. To explain the star wars quickies--i was trying to see how much i could simplify star wars characters--almost like in a cut paper style. Well, enough yakkin. Back to work for me!

Iron Man

Just a quick break time sketch in anticipation of the new movie...

Dressed to Kill

Here's a noir inspired femme fatale for my friend Mia.

Dancing Queen

Super quick break-time sketch-o-rama.

Trick or Treat!

I know we're not even close to Halloween, but I actually did this piece for an art show held last Thurs. at Nickelodeon Animation Studios. The theme of the show was "Childhood Memories".

King George

I have a love/hate relationship with this guy. While it's no secret that I adore the first 2 star wars movies, and most of the third, I don't think he's made a single good decision since 1983. But hey, that's just me. If you disagree, post a comment...

Chairman of the Board

Watching in horror as unfunny prop "comic" Carrot Top turns into an bulgy, lumpy, plastic monster...

Mysterio likes his cereal

Part of a balanced breakfast!

Spidey and MJ

Watch out, Spidey!

Breathless

Here's a movie I really admire. How can you not enjoy the adorable Jean Seberg? Kinda borrowed a little Bruce Timm for this one, but for some reason it worked for the characters.

Glowy Thing

I have absolutely no idea what this is. If you can come up with something good, let me know and I'll send you a free box of nothing.

Putting on the Ritz

OK, here's a doodle I'm a little bit more proud of. It's Dr. F with his new creation. God, I love drawing mad scientists. I think I might need help. Hope you like.

I am your father

I was debating whether or not I should even post this. It's pretty bad fan art, I know, but come on--it's the best part of the best Star Wars movie. So, up it goes, I guess.

Hulk Smash!

Been feeling frustratingly terrible lately. Needed to blow off some steam with a quick Hulk. Apparently it true--it's not easy being green. :P

Milkshake!

Hey guys, quick doodle of my man, newly minted oscar winner D.D.L sucking down a delicious frosty milkshake. I wanted to draw a cute little H.W., but I didn't have time.

Juno

Ellen Page is a national treasure. She is possibly the cutest human ever. That and Diablo Cody's killer script made Juno one of my favorite movies of the year.

No Country

Inspired by the movie, No Country for Old Men, this is a super quickie sketch of Anton Chigurh.

Beach Bunny

Hi gang- I love the work of master pin up artists Shane Glines and Bill Pressing, and here's my homage. Nothin' fancy--just a quick sketch.

Freak out!

Hey guys--time for me to show a little love for a great cartoon that aired in the mid 90's on the WB-Freakazoid. Unavailable on DVD, this is a gem of a show. A hilarious send up of cartoon conventions, this cartoon was axed much too soon. Give this show the DVD treatment it deserves, WB!
